  • The annual membership fees for IDEN are as follows.
    ▶ General Member - USD 100 (KRW 100,000)
    ▶ Associate Member - USD 50 (KRW 50,000)
  • Registration fees for accepted abstract presenters will be refunded after the conference. Please note that if the presenter fails to attend the conference onsite will not be refunded.
  • IDEN members who are seniors 65 and over will receive complimentary pre-registration.
  • Members of WEO (World Endoscopy Organization) will be offered the benefit of a 15% discount on registration fees.
    It will be refunded after review of your membership validity with WEO by May.

Real-time banking
  • By selecting “Real-time banking,” instead of the usual two-to-three day wait for electronic funds transfers to go through, money will be available in accounts in a matter of seconds.
  • The registrant’s name should be clearly stated on the wire transfer.
  • All wire transfer charges are to be paid by registrants.
  • A copy of the bank remittance receipt should be faxed to +82-2-557-8428 or emailed to the secretariat (info@iden.or.kr).

Registration Confirmation

An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of registration and payment. Registrants can check the status of registration and payment on ‘My Page’ by logging into the online registration system.
If you do not receive a payment confirmation email, please contact the secretariat.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation must be notified to the secretariat in writing by e-mail (info@iden.or.kr).
  • All refunds will be processed after the conference.
  • All bank transfer fees must be covered by the registrant.
  • Please refer to the following cut-off dates for cancellation.
