Invited Lecture Guidelines

1. Presentation Method

Both overseas and domestic invitees are required to do in-person presentation.

2. Presentation Time

Session Type Allocated Time
Session (UGI, LGI, PB) 20 min. Presentation + 10 min. Discussion
Sponsor Symposium 60 min. (Including Q&A)

3. Submitting the Presentation File

Template Highly recommend to use the provided template for your presentation.
- 16:9 aspect ratio (Landscape/Horizonal)
Font Use a common font, such as Arial, Times New Roman, Verdana etc. (Special fonts might be changed to a default font.)
Submission *Please bring your files on a USB memory stick.
*Please visit the Preview Room at least 2 hours before your scheduled presentation.
*Please bring your files on a USB memory stick.
*Important Notification : Only PC Window’s-based computers will be used during the conference.
(Please convert the file which is created by a Mac to a PC PowerPoint file before uploading/submitting)

4. Equipment in the Session Room

  1. 1) Computer running Windows (Not Mac)
  2. 2) Projector and microphone
  3. 3) Podium (Equipped with a monitor, mouse and smart pointer (No Keyboard))
  4. 4) “Presenter View” will be available at the podium, allowing you to use slide notes during your presentation.
*We DO NOT recommend using your own laptop, especially MacBooks, due to compatibility issues.

4. Before your Presentation

  • Arrive at your session room 10 minutes early.
  • Presenters will control and advance their own slides.
  • Please keep to the allocated presentation time for the next speaker.
