*All trainees should reserve and pay their round-trip flights and accommodation during the training period by themselves.

Share your flight itinerary (E-ticket)
and accommodation details with
both trainer and Secretariat.

Visa

All foreign visitors wishing to enter the Republic of Korea must possess a valid passport. In some cases, a VISA (K-ETA) for Korea may be required prior to departure. We highly recommend contacting the Korean embassy in your home country directly to confirm the necessary documents for a safe and smooth journey.

Registration for IDEN 2026
  1. Sign up for IDEN membership.
  2. Complete the conference registration including payment processes.
    3. * Please note that the registration fee  (except for the IDEN membership fee) will be reimbursed

  1. Submit via IDEN 2026 website by
    March 20, 2026
    • Only the final selected participants submit abstracts.
  2. Presentation formats:
    • After review by the committee, you will be notified via EMAIL of your presentation format (Oral or Poster) at the YEF
