How to Apply Apply via the Abstract Submission page by the submission deadline.
Eligibility
  • Presenters of accepted abstracts are eligible (Corresponding authors and co-authors are not eligible).
  • The presenter must complete registration and attend the conference on-site.
  • Submission of a valid form of ID (e.g., a copy of your passport) is required for the application.
  • Presenters must reside outside of Korea. (Overseas presenters residing in Korea may not apply for the travel grant)
  • Awardees must submit their flight itinerary (e.g., e-ticket) to the Secretariat (info@iden.or.kr) after receiving the acceptance notification.
  • Presenters must be under the age of 40 (Year of birth: 1986 or after).
Notifications
  1. The scientific committee will conduct the reviewing process and notify the awardees by e-mail prior to the conference.
  2. Duplicate applications for both the grants and the award are not allowed, even if more than one abstract is submitted.
  3. Recipients of other awards cannot receive travel grants (Duplicate awards are not allowed).
  4. Awardees should collect the award prize, certificate, and grants on-site (Transfer after the conference is not allowed).

Best Poster Award

Abstracts of superior quality will be selected by the Scientific Committee for the Awards.
We encourage all potential authors to submit their outstanding research and not miss the chance to win the awards!

Prize

Eligibility

  • To be eligible for the award, the applicant must be a presenter of an abstract accepted for E-Poster presentation.
  • Awardees must complete registration and submit the E-Poster prior to the conference.

Notifications

  • Awardees will be notified by e-mail prior to the conference.
