Abstract Submission

The IDEN committee invites poster abstract submissions. Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.

Abstract submission does not constitute registration, and presenters are required to register for the conference separately.

Please carefully read the following guidelines before submitting your abstract.

  • Step 3 Complete abstract submission and author info section
  • Step 4 Save and review the abstract

Submission Guidelines

  • Abstracts must be written in clear English.
  • Abstracts should be no more than 2,000 characters including spaces for the total of abstract body.
  • An abstract should include a title, author's name and affiliation, body, and keywords.
  • It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their text does not contain typos or grammatical errors.
  • Abstract submission does not constitute registration in the conference and presenters are required to register by the pre-registration deadline.
    • TitleAbstract title should be less than 120 characters including spaces.
    AuthorYou can enter up to 20 authors.
    Abstract BodyThe abstract body text should be structured chronologically into 4 sections:1) Backgrounds/Aims, 2) Methods, 3) Results, 4) Conclusions
    Keywords5 keywords which the first word begins with a capital letter.
    Tables and ImagesUp to 3 files (only JPG file) are permitted as attachments.*Size of attached files is limited to 8cm(width) x 5cm(height).

Notification of Acceptance

  • All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee according to standard review procedures.
  • Abstract acceptance will be notified by email to corresponding, presenting and abstract submitting authors on the notification date.
  • Outstanding abstracts will receive the award! For further details, please refer to the Awards page.

Withdrawal of Abstracts

  • If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by May 22, 2026 (KST), the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
  • If you would like to withdraw an abstract, please notify the IDEN 2026 Secretariat (info@iden.or.kr) by email as soon as possible.
