IDEN 2025 is held as an In-person Conference.

Registration process

  • Step 1 Click the online registration button
  • Step 2 Sign up or log into the system
  • Step 3 Fill out personal info and choose the registration category
  • Step 4 Choose the payment method and make payment
  • Step 5 Check your mail box for payment confirmation
  • If you do not receive your payment confirmation letter via email, please contact the secretariat.

  • The annual membership fees for IDEN are as follows.
    ▶ Participant - USD 100 (KRW 100,000)
    ▶ Trainee/Fellow - USD 50 (KRW 50,000)
  • Registration fees for accepted abstract presenters will be refunded after the conference. Please note that if the presenter fails to attend the registration fee will not be refunded.
  • IDEN members who are seniors 65 and over will receive complimentary pre-registration.

Korean Participants

Real-time banking
  • By selecting “Real-time banking,” instead of the usual two-to-three day wait for electronic funds transfers to go through, money will be available in accounts in a matter of seconds.
  • The registrant’s name should be clearly stated on the wire transfer.
Virtual account
  • By selecting “Virtual account,” a virtual account number will be allocated for each transaction, so we can find the remitter information for the transaction easily.
  • The method is the same as for a bank transfer. However, you should remit the money by the expiration day given to each virtual account number.
  • All wire transfer charges are to be paid by registrants.
  • A copy of the bank remittance receipt should be faxed to +82-2-459-8266 or emailed to the secretariat (info@iden.or.kr).

Registration Confirmation

An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of registration and payment. Registrants can check the status of registration and payment on ‘My Page’ by logging into the online registration system.
If you do not receive a payment confirmation email, please contact the secretariat.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Organizing Committee will refund registration fees according to the following policy. Cancellation requests will be accepted via My Page of the conference website until May 28, 2025.

  • All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrant.
  • Refunds will be made after the conference.
